It's a free photo editing program.
most of the features commonly used in Photoshop are available.
It has Very powerful for bloggers or simple image editing.

It has different menu locations of Photoshop. But its menu is gathered of functions that our use frequently in Photoshop. 
I felt like a very intuitive interface.

 

I'll show you how to use GIMP simply.

Perhaps it will be of great help to you thinking about a free image editing program.
